We currently provide delivery within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.

Delivery availability may vary depending on product type, stock availability, and delivery location.

Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 working days after payment has been successfully received.

For certain products, our customer service team may contact the customer to confirm delivery details or arrange a suitable delivery time.

3. Delivery Method

The delivery method will depend on the product type, delivery location, and order arrangement.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery time is usually within 3 to 14 working days after order processing.

If the item received is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with relevant photos or supporting details.

We will review the case and assist with the appropriate next step.
