1. Legal Status & Eligibility

You must be a legal resident of Malaysia aged 21 years or older.

This is a commercial trade and/or service arrangement. The Partner has no authority to market the arrangement as an employment, franchise right, or network participation right.

1.3 Independent Status

The Partner is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, legal representative, or partner of the Company.

2. Independent Contractor Disclaimer

2.1 Authorized Representation

Partners act solely on their own behalf. The Company is NOT liable for unauthorized medical claims, health promises, or financial guarantees made by the Partner.

2.2 Service-Based Consideration

All service fee earnings are strictly based on verified product sales and documented customer support, promotional distribution, account support, and consultancy services recorded in the Company's system.

3. Membership Conduct

• Conduct business ethically and professionally
• Provide accurate information to customers
• Do not make misleading income claims
• Do not engage in illegal recruitment schemes
• Comply with Malaysian laws and regulations

4. Product Purchase Terms

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
• Payment must be completed before processing
• Product availability is subject to stock levels
• Shipping timelines are estimates only
• Returns are subject to current return policies

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, product visuals, and materials remain the intellectual property of Healthie.

• No unauthorized copying or redistribution
• No reverse engineering of platform systems
• No misuse of company trademarks or assets

6. Limitation of Liability

Healthie provides products and services on an “AS IS” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific income, or business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthie shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
